It is an important factor of development and growth in every sector of the economy. There are lots of businesses world over that thrives on partnership; while there are some others that died.

As partnership is important, so also picking the right persons to partner with is. You cannot get into a partnership with a greedy and or nonchalant individual and expect to make to have a success story.

Choosing the right persons with whom you want to form partnership with, is one very hard business in itself. You must be with your right mind to make sure you can attract of find the right persons that will help you drive the growth you desire. Of late, I have been seeing too many businesses failing because of the problems that arise from faulty partnerships.
The need to grow is in every man and no matter what we do, there will always be those, whose target is to fleece you dry while they enrich themselves.

Be in the right frame of mind when you are in business, do not come off too weak and needy to get people to work with you. If you have a project, look carefully at the scope of work involved before seeking the people you want to work with.
You will find the right people if you look carefully. Do not rush into signing any agreement and also do not be hasty to let someone come into your project because you are scared.
