2. Greatness is an opportunity seeker.
When opportunity meets readiness, then success and being great would be inevitable. Being great means you are seeking out opportunities to become a blessing unto so many.
Discover opportunities to practice generosity. Generosity is the ability to recognize the opportunity to do good. If you seek out opportunities to do good, you will always find them. If you have it in your heart, you will have it in your hands.
If you want to be great, you have to seek out opportunities. Opportunities are everywhere and only those who desire to be great can open their eyes to see them.
3. Greatness means you have discernment.
In a world where we judge most people based on their face value, it is a great trait to have when you can spot a diamond in the rough state. Those whom God will use to help you won't always look like it. In fact, you can easily pass them by and think they have nothing to offer. You need to discern them and not despise them. Face value might be a false value.
If you want to be great, you have to be able to see behind the face value of those you see around. We are all useful in some ways. No man is totally useless because we all have what we can bring to the table but it takes the right eyes to discern and take advantage of such.
Most people don't have the patience to build but rather they would go after "ready made" that they believe can help their dreams. As good as that is, you can't overlook those whom God has surrounded you with.
Stop waiting for end products but work on your materials to get your end product. Only when you have discernment can you be able to see - which is the trait a great person must possess.
