Watch Out.
Don't mind me everyone, i have been sharing a lot on relationships lately. I enjoy it and this is because i see a lot of people struggle in this area and i enjoy giving them few tips too. I don't have it all together yet too, and like i always tell people, we are all living and learning as we go and grow through life.
There is no denying the fact that relationships have a lot in determing the course of our lives. Once we get it right, it make things easier for us but when we miss it, we find our self struggling for the better part of our lives. Relationships have a lot to do with how we turn out in life.
My mother figure once shared a story about a lady who met a guy in just two months and she was already talking about marriage. As cool as that might sound, i think it is a path that needed to be with caution. You can't "know" someone in the space of two months. It is not done. Even in marriage, even married couples, they are still learning more and more about each other as the days go by, not to talk of someone who wants to get married to another person in the space of two months. Time is a true test for everything. Watch the content first before feeding it to your soul and i am not saying you have to court the person for 5 years either.
This doesn't also mean that those who got married after two months of meeting each others is a certainty to hit the rocks, no, it’s just that the success of that marriage is largely dependent on the inherent character of the people involved, as opposed to adequate knowledge of partner. You can't know someone in two months. Don't geer yourself up for a lifetime of frustration and what's the rush for, but then, this is not to dissuade anyone, but to make us all have a rethink before finally making that decision. The choice is still yours and you can follow your heart.
