Dreams doesn't become reality by mistake, it rather takes some extra effort to get it done. If care is not taken, the dreams can be forgotten and wasted.

As the picture connotes it, dreams will never be fulfilled through magic but through three things that include strong determination, sweat and hard work.
This inculcates that...
...it is only determined, and hardworking persons that will get it lifted up in turning dreams into reality.
That is a brief motivation I have in mind for us today.
