I am Zak Ludick and this is my journal and documentation of my progress with goals on and off Steemit.

Journal Entry

For those people who like to do some writing have a look at this little competition over here. I managed to snag myself a win there.

But I also would like to see more people take part next time. There is not a high wordcount so with a bit of fore-thought a good entry can be written in short order.

Its always good to win at something. Even if the winnings are not very high. It does good for the self-esteem and us writers often need it. When last have you seen a writer/author who is cocky about their work?

Nope, my finding is that a grand and great majority of such folk are constantly suffering from getting their work out there into the light, where the prying eyes of scrupulous critics get to shoot them down...

So when a writer gets a bit of support and encouragement, it really does go a long way.

Success breeds success. You have to keep on going in order to get there. Do not let anxiety or depression stop you from writing your books!

Exercise and get fit!

So my running buddy did not want to get out of bed this morning so I just did a 10.4km run on the beach on my own.

I did an improvement on my time as well, even though I still had to walk a part of the ways.

Getting stronger! :D
