Yes, @devsingh I agree everyone has their own ways of handling bad days. Reading is a great way to handle it but we cannot solve our problem just by reading, although reading can help the person but it totally depends what type the situation is. Reading sometimes can lighten the mood but i was trying to put up some rules to overcome and solve the situation.
Thanks for mentioning this method, I will surely try to create a part 2 of this post as many people have different methods and I will surely emphasize on that in next part. I just hope I will have enough information to create a second one.
