Humbling reactions to criticism demonstrates someones truly positive "winning" characteristics. I agree. Thanks for the post man, its selfish but I'm looking forward to the end of wedding season so we can get more videos, haha.

Yes it is definetly the right way of looking at things. Easier said than done sometimes though. I have been faced with angry customers in the past and when I have responded in this way the anger immediatley dissapates. I think people expect resistance when they critisize and it is disarming when there is none. If we can improve ourselves regardless of the situation then its always going to be good.
