The blast actually killed a lady in her 50s according to GMA
It truly did, but I believe that was the same lady that was hanging onto the fence and she got blown a crossed and hit her head on the pavement. There are signs all over the place forbidding that, but people never listen to good advice. Or even the law.

One of the reasons they don't want people so close or hanging on the fence, but, it has become an international thing that everyone wants to do when they come here. I do it every time I go there.
