My Wife and I just watched this movie last night, and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since. Yes I know it's been out for a few months now, but this movie in particular always gave me a pretty weird feeling, that I didn't get from the first two, and left me unsure of whether to watch it or not. Now that's not to say that this isn't a somewhat strange film, but it was still an excellent watch. The music from this movie will stick in your head for days :)

For The Parents:

There is not much that will scare your child in this film, although there is most definitely quite a bit more fighting, swordplay, and gore in general in this film, though it makes sure to keep a fun and happy tone throughout the majority of the movie. There is a minimal use of Course Language, including "ass" and "s--t," as well as humorous references to masturbation and orgies. All things considered, I would most definitely watch with the family, though that is up to each of you to decide for yourself :)

The Story:

Being plagued by visions of Ragnarok -- a prophecy foretelling the death of the gods and the end of Asgard -- Thor (Chris Hemsworth) moves to avert the long-foretold disaster in this epic tale. After suffering a terrible personal loss, the son of Odin discovers life-changing truths about Asgard, his family, and the true threat. He finds he must escape captivity and recruit friends both new (Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie) and old (Mark Ruffalo as Hulk) for an epic battle against the most powerful forces he's ever faced (namely, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Goddess of Death).

Is It Worth Watching?

I had an excellent time watching this movie, and my wife did as well. It as an excellent story-line, amazing almost psychedelic tunes which will stay with you for days, and some pretty wicked visuals to seal the deal. As is becoming more popular in marvel movies, Thor: Ragnarok is also Jam packed with appearances from other loved characters in the marvel world, such as The Hulk/Dr. Banner and Dr. Strange. Everyone did an excellent job in this move, and as they get more comfortable in their roles, they are becoming more and more lovable.

The one thing I Didn't Care For?

They Cut his beautiful hair! Haha I'm mostly kidding. Theres almost nothing to dislike about this movie, as he still looks amazing with his short hair. Check out the new god of thunder :P
