The story took place after the heroic civil war. After the bombing of the king’s death in Vienna, Crown Prince Vaakanda’s “panther” Techara returned to the peaceful motherland and inherited the throne. However, peace in his hometown did not last long. Armed blacksmiths who had stolen Wakodar's domestic metal-based alloys for illegal trading were making a comeback. At the same time, the evil forces that attempted to subvert the royal family were also waiting in the wings. Seeing the power of the regime and the security of the country at stake, the panthers urgently need the help of international allies and his family members are inevitably involved.
故事发生在英雄内战之后，瓦坎达王储“黑豹”特查拉在国王死于维也纳的炸弹攻击后，回到和平的祖国净土继承王位。然而故乡的和平没有持续多久，曾经窃走瓦坎达国产金属汎合金进行非法交易的军火黑商卷土重来，同时一股企图颠覆王室的邪恶势力也伺机窜起。眼看政权与国安危在旦夕，黑豹迫切需要国际盟友的协助，而他的家人也不免被卷入其中。
