The Sixth Sense

The Sixth sense is great. To me, this is one of the scariest movies I’ve seen. I’m not really sure how to put it, but it’s realistic, but not really. The seeing dead people portion of the movie is scary, but it doesn’t seem to realistic, but what I find the scariest is the other conflicts. At the end, when everyone watches the tape of the little girl getting poisoned really has an affect on me. And when Cole is locked up in the closet-thing brings back nightmares from when I was young. That’s the kind of stuff that I find scary. M. Night Shyamalan directs The Sixth Sense perfectly. He shows how Cole is affected by his “gift” in such a creepy way. And the scenes where he actually sees the dead people freak me out. Haley Joel Osment has one of the greatest child performances I’ve ever scene. Not many children can act the way he did. Bruce Willis, one of my favorite actors, is also incredible. He tries to help Cole, but his relationship is also at jeopardy. Willis just does a great job showing the struggle. The twist is one of the greatest twists of all time, at least in my opinion. After watching the movie a second time and looking for the subtle hints, it really holds up. Shyamalan is a genius when it came to this twist. Overall, The Sixth Sense scares the heck out of me and I give it a 10/10.

Dan adegan dimana dia benar-benar melihat orang mati membuatku takut. Haley Joel Osment memiliki salah satu pertunjukan anak terhebat yang pernah saya tonton.
