Haha I was going to bring up the CG too. It wasn't bad in its time but it is definitely showing its age now.

There are a few inaccuracies that bother me as one who likes a bunch of Roman stuff. Gladiators are super expensive slaves so every fight, in reality, wouldn't end with one of them dying. For that type of thing, they would have just had public executions of prisoners (which was kind of like the pregame show lol). I am well aware that this is a nerd complaint though and if I put that aside, it is a very watchable movie.
