2019 Oscar Predictions

91st Oscars are airing tonight, there has been some controversy leading up to this awards show so it should be very interesting tonight. Here are a few predictions I have for tonight.

I'll start off hot and heavy with Best Picture

  • Greenbrook, but don't be surprised if Black Panther wins

Best Actor

  • Christian Bale (Vice). Keep an eye out for Rami Malek for his performance in Bohemian Rhapsody

Best Actress

  • Glenn Close (The Wife).

Actor in a Supporting Role

  • Mahershala Ali (Green Brook). He's an Oscar in this same category for Moonlight, so he is definitely a possibility.

Actress in a Supporting Role

  • I'm going to give a curve ball here and say Marina de Tavira. Roma was very good and her performance matches up with the rest of the competition.
