Hi buddy, have you watched a movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), and the latest sequel War for the Planet of the Apes? What is the most memorable of the three films working by Matt Reeves this?

You certainly have many answers and the most memorable thing from the film distributed by 20th Century Fox this. Maybe your impression is different from me.

For me, the most memorable thing in this film is the involvement of three types of primates (non-humains), namely apes, orangutans and gorillas. I repeatedly ask why Mark Bomback and Matt Reeves only involve those three primates? Are there just three species primate in the world? Then why are Matt Reeves and Mark Bomback not involving monkeys, chimpanzees, lemurs, and tarsiers? Are they did not belong to the order of primates?

Find out

Carolus Linnaeus or Carl von Linne, a Swedish scientist who laid the foundation for the nomenclature of biology and zoologist experts, has classified the primate order since 1758.

Well, based on Linnaeus, known about the order of primates include lemurs, tarsiers, monkeys, apes, and also humans. Primates come from the word Primates which means "first, best, noble."

What are the characteristics of primates?

Has five fingers, same tooth shape and primitive design body, has fingernails, thumb in different direction, short fingernails (not claws), long fingers and close inside.

Have not answering the question? Why are not there monkeys, lemurs, and gibbons in the sequel of The Planet of the Apes?

The grouping of monkeys is parafiletic, as the old-world monkeys (cercopithecoidea) are actually closer to their genetic kinship with apes (hominidae), than the new world monkeys (platyrrhini).

Unlike apes, monkeys are typically tailed and smaller in size. While apes have no tail and are larger in size. Just look at the chimpanzees, gorillas, and orangutans who play in the movie the planet of the apes. They do not have a tail don't they? Primates recruited in the film are members of the homonidae superfamily of the primate order.

So the superfamilia hylobatidae consisting of gibbons is most likely not pass the casting. So it is with the monkey and his friends. LOL
