The filmmaker Matthew Vaughn seems to have big ambitions to expand Kick-Ass and Kingsman , as he plans to make sequels, spin-offs, reboots to television series for two franchises adapted from Mark Millar comics.

Talking to the Empire , Vaughn admits he is currently developing a Kick-Ass reboot with main character Patience Lee, an African-American single mother who acted as a vigilante. FYI, the first film Kick-Ass (2010) directed by Vaughn is considered to breathe fresh air against the superhero genre, thanks to his energetic but also brutal film approach. Unfortunately, Kick-Ass 2 who worked on Jeff Wadlow reap a response not so warm by Vaughn.

Moreover, Vaughn also acknowledged his side were discussing a solo movie Mindy Macready aka Hit-Girl, a supporting character in Kick-Ass who stole the show. Related to the potential of the story, Hit-Girl spin-offs can focus on Mindy's childhood and growth with Big Daddy, or when the purple-costed vigilante has grown up. Vaughn himself has not confirmed whether the spin-off is back starring Chloe Moretz and Nicholas Cage , who previously played Hit-Girl and Big Daddy in two previous Kick-Ass movies.

After Kick-Ass , Vaughn then discussed his grand plan for the Kingsman franchise, which has so far spawned two films with an accumulated revenue of no less than $ 800 million. Vaughn said it would make Kingsman 3 who will complete the story of Harry Hart and Eggsy relationship. Not only that, Vaughn wants to present a spin-off titled Kingsman: The Great Game that he plans to work on marathon with Kingsman 3 . The spin-off will highlight the lunge of the Kingsman spy organization in the early 1900s. And furthermore, Vaughn also revealed his plans to make a series of Kingsman duration of eight hours total. And make the film America's secret agent Statesman , after they were introduced in Kingsman: The Golden Circle .

Previously, Vaughn once told me that he had time to negotiate with the Warner Bros. related to the potential of directing the DC film, which is allegedly Man of Steel 2 . Unfortunately, Vaughn has not given further details about the results of this DC film discussion, and he has not yet confirmed what movie he will be working on after releasing Kingsman: The Golden Circle in 2017.
