Tomorrow night I’ll be hosting our 4th Sounds of Steem Live Music Concert along with @krystle and @isaria.
The Steemit music community is filled with amazingly talented musicians and each month we invite around 10-15 to perform live on Sounds of Steem.
This is a great opportunity to hear some incredible music and get to know other members of the steemit community in the audience chat!

am waiting to hear @isaria song.
while I love music and artists, it seems to me that the current system at steemit is inequitable for rewarding. today I saw one good photograph - not great, just good - get $145 payout, while others just as good get little aclaim. not through any lack of work. just through lack of exposure. in the same vein, many artists and musicians are getting massive payouts from curation efforts and shows like this, while good posts on other subjects are shrugged at. would be really nice if msp could rotate their view to recognize all the curations in this type of saturday production.
what does rotate their view mean?
This post is earning $29. That's a pretty small amount in the grand scheme of things.
Typically when I promote these posts through the roof I lose a few hundred dollars. There was a month long strecth leading into december that was great, but otherwise bid bots have often led to strong losses if/when price trends down.
was not refereing to your posts as much as to other peoples. and to the many radio shows which seem to focus on music and art. rotate the view means: next week lets focus on new members, or people who write about philosophy, people who take photos, people who write about travel or technology. i'd like to see us get back to helping all minnows instead of just musicians.
