Colter Wall
This week I’m gonna write about a Singer and Songwriter I’ve seen a couple of times, his name is Colter Wall. I enjoy his Folk Outlaw Country Music style. He is 23 years old and hails from Canada. He has been in the music business since 2015. He started playing the guitar, though, when he was 13. At the age of 15 or 16 he started writing and singing instead of just playing guitar.
He had many influences in his music style. He likes all different types of music from Rock to Country to Folk, and you can see these influences in his music. His first album even had songs that played on Dog the Bounty Hunter and the film Hell or High Water. His first album was self-titled, Colter Wall, and released on May 12, 2017.
His new album, Songs of the Plains, was released on October 12th, 2018. He will be at the Ready Room in St. Louis on Sat. May 18th, 2019 and I’m hoping to see him perform!
