eTown Handmade Songs High School Songwriting Competition 2016 Finalist - Where I Come From
My daughter was one of five finalists last year. In late October she was finally given access to the professional video and recording of the song she wrote. ETown has been such a tremendous supportive resource to young songwriters in our state. She had the best experience working with a professional sound technician during a number of sessions leading up to the final product.
Her friend generously agreed to play piano for her. She had been a finalist the year before.
Here's the final video. She is hoping to continue to write and perform music as part of her life. This song "Where I Come From" is on Spotify and iTunes. So if you like it, you can find it there and share with friends!
