5 OLD SONGS THAT HAVE MADE ME FALL IN LOVE OVER AND OVER
Recently on a show, someone told me: I don't sound like a lover. If only he knew the kind of songs on my playlist. Right from college days, I have been a true fan of oldies. These songs have seen me through the lonely days. Westlife, Backstreet Boys, R.Kelly, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Brandy, K-ci & JoJo, Lionel Richie, Elton John and many more have been my idols for years.
I learnt to write from listening to songs. I can remember years ago, I composed the whole lyrics of Need Somebody by Nigeria Musician; Faze, as SMS and sent to my crush. Well, she gave in and became my girlfriend. There have been many occasions I have used songs' lyrics to pass message across. This shows I truly believe so much in these songs. I present to you the 5 Old songs that have made me fall in love over and over.
5.) Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You by George Benson.
The title of this song was what prompted me to listen and it really touched my heart. The lyrics is strong with enough messages to assure a lover of not going anywhere. Most times, we want assurance before we open our heart to love, this song is a perfect example. My favorite part of this song is :

4.) I Swear by All-4-One
You know it is a good thing when a song calms you down. I have listened to this song severally when I couldn't sleep and it helped. My favorite part is still verse 2:
I'll give you everything I can
I'll build your dreams with these two hands
We'll hang some memories on the walls.
That sounds poetic and touching. I want to hang lot of memories with the woman of my life on our mansion's walls. That is the feeling.
3.) I Lay My Love On You by Westlife
Westlife is one of my best group musicians. They have good songs and made beautiful videos. The song is about putting your love, trust and passion on someone you have feelings for. I like every part of the song/lyrics.
I lay love on that special woman that has given me her heart to guide with all my life, I lay my life on you because you have made love simple for me.
2.) All My Life by Kci&JoJo
All my life
I pray for someone like you.
How about dreaming about a perfect woman and eventually getting her? That's fulfillment, grace and best of luck. This is the feeling I get whenever I listen to this song, it reminds me of the ideal woman in my life.
1.) I Don't Know Much by Linda Ronstadt and Aaron Neville
From the beginning of the song till the end gets to me. The first song that gave me goosebumps. This is my all-time duet song of all time. I wish I had the best voice, I would have sang it many times to the love of my life.

That may be all I need to know.
Music touches our lives in ways we can not explain, it's best to listen to songs with right content as it is also a food to our soul. Let this be known, i am a lover of good music. Thank you.

I love almost all the songs listed here. Music has a way of speaking to you and calming your nerves when things don't seem fine.

There are messages in songs that's why we can easily relate to them. Music makes us fall in love while love makes us love music too.
