Believe it or not that was recorded with a $50 guitar on a crappy old laptop with one of those skinny Bob Barker mics you used to have for PC’s in a cement bathroom in North-East India using some very antiquated software from the mid nineties (Cool Edit Pro). LOL! Not saying it is some amazing quality sound but I am still amazed at how far technology has come in my lifetime. When I was a teenager you would be happy to get that sound quality at a resonably expensive hourly rate at a local studio. Nowadays, all creative people have the tools at such an affordable cost to create to our heart’s content. Imagining the Beatles made much of their amazing recordings with 8 track recorders and Stereo Sound was cutting edge is hard to believe sometimes considering what we have at our fingertips these days. What a time to be alive!
Yeah kind of crazy what you can do ..it's always about the ideas anyway and not the gear!
