Dance Weekend ends with Bob Marley remix

I love this song and by chance was reminded from a post on the internet, this song reminds me about a great evening out where I was able to "acquire" a later girlfriend - probably I convinced her with my dancing moves. Not really.

The song was very popular in this reggae fusion remix from 1999 by "Bob Marley vs. Funkstar De Luxe" which hit the number one spot on the U.S. dance charts. The "first" original version by Bob Marley and the Wailers was issued in 1971 and is one of these all-time classics and synonym for Reggae music. In 1978 Bob Marley re-recorded the song for his 1978 solo album Kaya.
