Drum recording for my first album done !
The recording of all the raw takes for my upcoming album were done this Thursday and I must say I am really happy with the results, once again my brother from another mother @piterman was sitting in the drum recording seat as in pretty much everything I do.
For this production I really wanted to tackle a more vintage type sound on drums so we got this 1960's Vintage Ludwig drum set to work as the core of the kit , we changed certain cymbals and snare drums between each song to give some sonic variety , thanks to the wizardry of Tomas Vigo doing the sound engineering we got some really nice results .. a more detailed tutorial is coming up :D !
Unfortunately I got my phone stolen yesterday and most of the pictures and video footage got lost there... It was a crapy phone anyways... I'll be a little out until I figure the phone issue first , then share some sound snippets :D
