Four simple words. Each one beautiful by itself, but together, they have formed to create a way of life for many who embrace the electronic music scene.

It may be interpreted as the essential philosophy of life for ravers and clubbers, at least insomuch as it relates to interpersonal relationships, with basic directions on how people are expected to behave at a rave gathering. These PLUR-vibes are easily seen and felt when immersed in the scene, and the costumes and unique attire worn showcase the uninhibited expression of those who take part. It also explains why even in crowded environments, personal space is often lovingly shared.

The PLUR philosophy is something that resonates with virtually any person, and although it started in the rave scene, there is room for everyone to embrace it!
