A Star is Born

Last week I watched a A Star is Born, a movie that came out last year, starring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. This is such a great movie and I actually purchased two of the songs to add to my music playlist. Cooper also directed the movie.
It is an all American love story that deals with some of the trials and tribulations that most families and entertainers go through trying to make it in life and in the music industry.
The acting was superb and the storyline was great. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper actually won a Grammy award for the Best Pop Duo/Group for the song Shallow.
I have now watched the movie three times, even though I am late to the party. For some reason it never seems that I get to watch new movies until I can actually rent them at home. Even if you don’t enjoy country western or pop music, this is an excellent written and directed movie.
