This is the first time I hear about Vezt. I certainly will give it a check, since I really like the idea of co-funding music to support those with talent and without money, to try and stand out in the crowd. Music industry is hard and competitive, while the focus is one the little top of the pyramid, many with absolute great talent, never make it due to lack of funds and network.

That does make me think, though... how could an ISO be used as leverage to fund a song that is also part of some larger movement, bringing greater attention to it...?

I think it's a good idea for those who have artistic talent to support the blockchain music. It's a good investment.
