Thank you for asking this great question because it has shown that there are still some people around the world who are also aware of the unstable situations going on in some African countries.

As the saying goes "good water and food makes up a healthy body system" but the sad fact is that there are some people who aren't chanced or opportune to access this important commodities in some African countries and this causes them to suffer alot. I will write about how this great problem can be combated in African Countries as clear as possible.

I am able to come up with the below strategies of combating the issue of hunger and inaccessibility of food in some African countries and I hope this method will be adopted.

1) EMBRACE AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE : Can you tell me how it is possible to consume anything we eat today if not for the help of Agriculture. Agriculture is a great means that has provided food and water for everyone around the world. Surviving African countries of today were able to take part in Agricultural activities which added more to the development of their economy and reduced hunger for most people. Today, we now ignore Agricultural practice because no one wants to be called a farmer or because we don't want to engage in strenuous activities and the fact is this has caused great damage to us than good.

Some unemployed people are now practicing Agriculture and this fetches them more money which makes them self employed.

Agricultural activities should be engaged in such African countries experiencing hunger because when Agriculture is in abundance, there will be more food for everyone to feed themselves and more water to drink.

2) MASS PROTEST AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT : I believe the Governments are also responsible for the suffering in some African Countries. The sad fact about this is that you see the inhabitants of such country not taking any action against it because they are scared of what may happen to them. These people are known as "suffering and smiling people" and this is an aspect that differentiates some African countries to the white people (British). In some British countries, they engage in mass protest against their government while some of them even sue their government officials to court and this is adding to the progress of their country. The reverse is the case in some African countries because there is nobody ready to take the lead. Their government officials are busy enjoying and embezzling their money without any hunger or thirst while the citizens of such countries are just mute or silent about it. This has actually caused a great oppression for them from their government.

I think engaging in mass protest is actually one of the ways of solving such problem.

3) EDUCATION : Even though education may seems to be underrated in some African countries, but the fact is an educated person will surely think differently when compared to an an ignorant person. Education is one of the means of solving such problem because only someone knowledgeable will understand or know how to convert natural sources of water from stream, lake, rain, etc into drinkable form. This same educated person will also have the knowledge of transforming agricultural products into finished goods (tertiary stage).

I think if the Educational system is highly standard and rated in such countries, it will reduce the cause of this dilemma.

4) IMPORTING AND EXPORTING OF GOODS : This is mostly done by some African countries and it is also helping them drastically in regards to feeding. The fact is if you are lazy to farm or cultivate yourself, you should be capable of importing goods from other countries. This kind of practice is widely done worldwide. Some even engage in trading by barter between within two countries.

Import and export will greatly solve the problem of hunger and water scarcity.

5) SEEK SUPPORT FROM OTHERS : Some African countries decide to be silent about their unstable condition while there are other international countries who can render them help. Seeking support from other countries is one of the fastest ways of solving the problem because different countries around the world will surely want to help them out of such situations. The suffering country may even decide to borrow some amount of money that will help them stabilize their unstable condition.

These are my five points above about how to combat hunger and water inaccessibility in some African countries.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.
