When guys are raped by ladies, are such cases taken seriously in court?

Such cases don't seems to be occurring frequently compared to when a lady is raped by guys. It is something very scarce and the guy involved in such case will be very shy or timid to report the case to the court.

I read a news that happened in an African country which have to do with 4 ladies who raped a religious guy. The ladies involved explained their cause for doing such a horrible thing and the guy was even shy to have brought such case to the court because people were just making jest of him. The court took up the case and they gave justice to who deserves it and punished the rapists for their illegal actions.

In conclusion, such cases are also taken seriously in court but it is very scarce or rare for the guy involved to take such cases to the court.
