well, in that case it would look a lot like the past of the fiat world hahah

its only normal big money starts digging in now they see the millions rolling about, i dont think there's much to do about it, however, the biggest manipulators as you call them is atm not wallstreet but an alike 1%er class of cryptonnaires (call them whales here) who hold so many nodes and coin they can do whatever they want

its free market though, maybe the only system in the world that's still free market and not protectorate

the newer chains are even worse as the concept of de-centralization gets trimmed down to fewer node-keepers (where BTC still has them all over the place) eth eos and also steemit don't, its a very small number of people who decides on it, not the intention of "the creator"

but things evolve, hyperledger exists and im sure whatever comes out of the linux foundation will be rock solid and adaptable to about anything

banca will most likely be used by the already rich and bankers and the old systems might actually lose traction BECAUSE of the open-ness (you can have private pockets in hyperledger , its not the exact terminology but a quick explanation) and ETH (or was it eos ? i dont really follow those things as they havent proven anything but being able to sell air for billions hah) was talking about "notaries" who would have total rulership over sections of the blockchain and could get penalized if they abused that (so thats totally not gonna happen because when did humans ever get deterred by potential punishment if there's money to be grubbed)

i spend too much time on steemit to be aware of everything that's going on on planet Crypton because i'm not superman but i have a theory on "news" a little bit like

one big issue with blockchain-tek atm is that its fashionable, people want to do everything with bc-tek, all major companies and competitive psychopaths WANT one, becase everyone else has one ... losing track of what "solutions" are about sometimes

a lot of the time simpler is better

one of the reasons why flixxo caught my ear because they were actually willing to consider hybrid blockchain/classic tek for problems with scaling, until they worked those out
