If you could change something about musing and do something/anything about plagiarized questions and spam what would you do?

First of all i will create a ranking system on the platform that would deter and discourage spammers and plagiarists and would totally minimize the spamming activities going on in this platform...

I would also make use of some tools/softwares on this platform,i mean tools that could help to detect plagiarism,,i believe one of the major problem that this platform is facing is actually "plagiarism" and the problem seems to be growing bigger and i believe that something urgent needs to be done.....

I would also personally love to ensure that each user have a maximum number of contents which they can post daily on this platform,i believe such decisions would discourage many spammers though they could still find another way to bypass such restrictions but it would not be convenient for them and that could discourage many of the spammers....
