MY 2018 : A Tour around my town- San José de Guanipa

I thank the people who created this wonderful contest and allowed people from all over the world to show our city of origin. My home city is San José de Guanipa, State Anzoategui -Venezuela.

San Jose de Guanipa is part of one of the 21 municipalities that make up the state Anzoategui, is known as the Tigrito, its name is due to our patron saint San José and a tribe leader of our region the Guanipa Indian together make their name.

From the entrance we can feel the atmosphere of peace and tranquility since we have large spaces with characteristic vegetations of the region, the gentility of its people and the spring water can say that we have one of the largest reservoirs of fresh water, so that the buildings can not be larger than 4 floors.

The first square that we find at the entrance is the Plaza Guanipa, a tourist hostel when entering and leaving my city, the ornamental and fruit trees give life to this place.

Like any city in Venezuela we have a square that bears the name of our liberator Simon Bolivar, with its respective church.

We have two markets, one municipal and another one where the Guanipenses can buy basic products, fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, among others.

Two of the main shopping centers Malaver and ricobono.

In terms of health, neighborhood modules, CDI, rehabilitation center and an ambulatory.

Multiple relaxation and recreation sites to share with the whole family.
