Mycro provides many tasks such as:
Home services: (Gardening, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, minor repairs, window cleaning, washing, ironing, cooking, etc.)
Delivery service: (Performing shopping, driving services, transportation services, delivery services, etc.)
Virtual services: (Internet research, travel planning, support services, clerical work, online surveys, etc.)

The main idea of the project is to create an innovative solution that lacks time and money-related problems. This project is a mobile application, will be putting a variety of short-term jobs for all types of people, where they can delegate certain jobs or care about others and get the desired results ( Free time or money).

Why we need Mycro Platform?
Today, in the world rich peoples do not have enough to do work like cleaning the house, cloth, garden, and some others. But some peoples have too much time to waste on leisure activities so Mycro platform will help out users who are willing to do part time job to grow their life standard. Some peoples like businessman do not have time to give their family or to enjoy life so the people who have not timed will purchase their time via this platform.

Reputation System
Reputation and rating mechanism is very important in every industry and according to experts more than 60% peoples online read reviews before buying anything. Our current rating mechanism is a centralized system but in Mycro platform when a job will be carry out successfully then users review will be stored in a smart contract. Ratings will be linked to job carry out user’s ether address that will solve a fake rating problem.

Time and Money Equalizer:
Mycro will solve out time and money problems by creating a decentralized innovative platform that will help out users to create a balance between time and money. For users who do not have time to certain types of work will able to post their job and others who want to monetize their time will find out a job through Mycro app. Their platform will satisfy both jobber and job provider through building trust and providing the right job to the right person. The job seeker has to simply swipe the page to find out a job that match with their skills.

Problem
Money and time are both limited resources with regard to which people think they would make them happier. But would people prefer more money or more time? And how is the preference between the two resources related to happiness? In 2016, thousands of Americans were asked in various studies whether they would prefer more money or more time. Although the majority of people chose more money, the choice of more time was associated with more happiness – even having control over the amount of time and money available was associated with more happiness.

The time/money problem is as old as money itself. Time and money are established means of exchange – having both resources is therefore often antithetical. Simply put, people with a high income often have a massive time problem. People with a lot of free time, however, often suffer from a chronic lack of money. The more time a person invests in generating money, the more time resources the person loses. A constant dilemma.

The solution
With Mycro we will create an innovative solution for people with time and money problems and tokenize the imbalance between time and money. The Mycro Token (MYO) will play an essential role in the decentralized peer-to-peer network „Mycro“. The technological basis for this is the Ethereum blockchain.

Mycro is a mobile app which is intuitive to use. Simple jobs on a short-term basis can be posted directly to the mycro network for free. Through intelligent and self-learning algorithms known from dating platforms, Mycro matches these jobs just-in-time with the right jobber. He or she does the job. One person gains time, the other money.

Solving problems between job providers and jobbers
If both parties have decided on the payment method using cryptocurrency and a smart contract, the parties will solve problems that emerge in the context of a job as follows: In the event of a dispute between the job provider and the jobber, the job can be canceled by either party. The money administered by the smart contract during the job is handled in the following way:

Solution 1: Both parties settle the matter amongst themselves. Using slide controls, both parties determine how the administered funds are to be paid out: e.g. 70% to jobber, 30% to the job provider
Solution 2: In the event, both parties do not settle the matter amongst themselves, the money remains in the contract until a third entity makes a decision. The third entity, phase prior to decentralization: Arbitrators, courts, etc. The third entity, phase after decentralization: Elected representatives of the user community
