When we look at the search for meaning from a historical point of view, it is assumed that this process started with the ability of the human to think. In turn, access to the ability of thought leads to questions about natural phenomena and the answers given to these questions are myths.
A simple nature event is interpreted by people as a complicated and divine message. Thus, the sum of the causality ties established by coincidence is filling the concept of what we call today's mythology.
Mythology consists of storytelling the myths.
Myths, which can be considered as the first signs of philosophy, can be defined as myths and rumors transferred from generation to generation. They are assumed as personalized and living forms of everything in the universe. They are the product of verbal culture and reflect the subconscious and natural thoughts of the people.
Therefore, they are far from the precise and focused attitude of the written language. However, due to the chronological flow, they were first written by the Sumerians and formed the basis of the religious beliefs of all Near Eastern societies.
