This is a super helpful post! I, like so many others, get STUCK in the same old tags and could be so much more creative. I also tend to use #foodISmedicine rather than #foodASmedicine - so some weeny adjustments might help. As you know, I am a #foodasmedicine ZEALOT - more vegan than not, but just think it's totally REQUIRED to keep exploring not only the how-to of plants and veggies, but the WHY.
