RE: Off-Grid Living and the Importance of (Enthusiastically!) Embracing Community

in #naturalmedicine6 years ago (edited)

I feel like making connections and community in modern life isn't quite the same as it used to be. Often contact with others today can result comparison and competition rather than the supportiveness that, I feel, community should be. Sometimes it can even be just physical company while minds are distracted or absorbed in devices.

Being off grid and more self sufficient brings us back into the supportive and physical connections of community.

Beautifully written, by the way.

Thanks so much for your comment! I totally agree, a lot of interactions between people in modern life is more about competition. I think it's part of the culture of the western world. I hope that by embodying energies of Abu dance and Connectedness, all of us as empowered individuals can help formulate a new culture, one where energies of abundance allows us to share rather than compete.
Again, thanks for the comment and support and glad I saw this and was able to respond finally!
