Absolutely fascinating. A pity this didn't come in time for the contest.. it would have been a winner for sure. I quite fancy a basil tea now too! I agree with you about the Himalayan salt. There's a real problem in the intersection between the health industry and exploitation and other questionable practices.

It's a pity the contest didn't fit in more conveniently with my life-travel-biz... 🤣🤣🤣 As you know I was travelling in some challenging terrain & simply couldn't make it work. The himalayan salt thing has troubled me for ages & happy to have found a great local alternative, with plastic laden sea salts being off my agenda.
Having to pass on this week's contest too since none of the three featured herbs grow in our part of the world & sitting down just rehashing internet fodder doesnt do it for me.
Maybe the next challenge could be a little broader?? Massage techniques? Physical therapies? Look fwd to participating when I can.

Ah yes I know you've been busy. Perhaps suggest a good Asian plant for the following challenge! It's hard to choose plants that suit everyone. We don't expect anyone to rehash internet fodder.

Yes, lots of medicines, thats for sure! So much to explore. And if we explored massage or meditation, maybe people will say: gimme plants! Perhaps when we have finished this run, as lots of us enjoying the plant medicine one and it's only in second go. As its coming into Spring in some places, people are loving exploring potential plantings too!
