aftar day 5 and health tips
Hello beautiful people today i came up with an exciting food post and some health tips as well for Ramadan as Muslim have to fast approximately 16~17 hours of fast in a day and due to have limited time keep YOUR self hydrated as well.
well i like to eat chinese so on 5th fast i had tried chinese food with some traditional asian dishes.
These are the pakoras which is usually asian best snacks for fast. we love to eat these kind of snacks.
this dish is called samosa with sauce of tamarind. its usually spicy but this one was ok.
#Health tips:
1.drink almost 5~6 glass of water in this short period of time so you can do valuable task while having fast in a day.
2.Try to eat less oily things and avoid deep fried things.
- eat diet with more proteins and calcium.
