Lynx Roaming Around In Our Neighborhood
In the first picture you can see a forest.
Somewhere around this area they found a torn deer cadaver last weekend.
They suspect it's a lynx that killed the deer.
I think lynxes are very beautiful animals but I'm worried about our cat Picasso.
She spends time in this area and lynxes kill cats if they encounter each other.
Lynxes are very territorial animals and they do it because of their territorial behavior.
Hopefully the lynx doesn't stay here a long time and instead moves on to another territory.
I took these pictures during a walk a couple a days ago!
All pictures are taken around my neighborhood.
