IN SEARCH OF HONEY

 

The natural has its price

In November of last year I traveled to Monobamba, Junin, to the Snow Water Annex to be more specific; I went with some friends in search of natural honey, we decided to start a honey business, so we left early on a Friday.

 

  None of the three had yet known the Peruvian jungle, our trip would be in less time than anticipated because an evangelical pastor took us in his 4x4 truck. Before reaching the jungle, we had to go through the mountain route, where we could observe its imposing mountains of different colors. 

 I never thought about making this trip, and it happened, I would never regret it. We arrive first at the town of Tarma, at night; We needed to have dinner and rest to continue our early trip to the Monobamba jungle and get that natural honey they told us about. 

 The next day we get ready, we bathe with the iciest water that we never thought our body had to endure, bless it! the water of Tarma if it is freezing, would revive anybody who has laziness when getting up hahaha. it was time to have breakfast, delicious !!! We were very satisfied with that quinoa, the green soup and the unripe serranito bread. Our trip had to continue, before getting on the truck we talked about how blessed we were on this trip and decided to give the pastor a money even for fuel, even though he did not want to, but we had to do it we were very grateful. 

On the way we stopped to take pictures and record, the landscape was beautiful, spectacular, I felt very happy, I enjoyed it very much; without thinking that the next year my life was going to change abruptly, but that's another story.

We climbed the highest mountains with that truck, that such a machine could do with any route; without it we would not have reached our destination.

 We arrived at the portal where Agua de Nieve began, the pastor informed us, at that moment we were happy, our eyes shone, we were very happy. 

After a few hours we managed to reach the place, we found a family, members of the pastor's church. The head of that family was the beekeeper and we decided to talk about honey and do business with him, we made a recording where he explained how he makes honey production.

I decided to take some photos for the memory before leaving that place with our honey and the most beautiful experience.
