File -> Scripts -> Load Files to Stack
Choose your images and make sure to check the box to align images
Select all the layers by selecting the top one, hold shift and click the bottom one Edit -> Auto-Blend layers
Select the stacking option.
I save the file then and do my cropping in basic image editor.
Stupid easy in Photoshop. All of 4 or 5 steps.
