Thor's Cave*4

In the distance we can begin to make out the cave. Looks like something from the Lion King or some other Disney movie.

Here we are in the Thor's Cave. It's name comes from the pagan god "Thor" and likely was named as such when the natural cavern was discovered many hundreds of years ago. Even though it was named in more "recent" history, there is evidence that the cavern was occupied from the end of the Palaeolithic period.
