Most Beautiful Places In Croatia #7 - Dioklecijan's Palace

My next chapter in a serial is a palace.

It's called Dioklecijan's palace.

It's located in the 2nd largest city in Croatia - Split.

I'd say that it is one of the most beautiful cities in our country.

I'm talking about the riviera and the parts I visited.

Like its' name says, it's been built by the Roman emperor Dioklecian.

He eventually died there.

Also, it's on UNESCOs list of world heritage.

It's been on that list from the 1979.

I visited that place when I was in school.

I was like 8th grade.

We went there on a school trip.

It was definitely a great one.

I really like it.

The coastal area of city is extremely beautiful.

And the palace itself is great.

I remember there were Roman soldiers there.

We took picture with remember.

It would be a great thing if I still had those pictures.

I definitely have to take a look.

If I ever visit Split again, this would be at the top of my to-visit list in that town.

It's great, and it's one of the most known places in Split, and whole Dalmatia.

I'll definitely pay it a visit, if I go to Split this summer.

I doubt it'll happen this summer, but it's in my head.

There's just so many places I want to visit.
