Temple of Six Banyan Tree .Guangzhou .China.
One of the most famous monuments of Guangzhou is the ancient Buddhist temple complex of Six Banyan trees. It was built in 537 during the reign of Emperor Datong, a representative of the Liang dynasty. The original name of the temple was different - it was called Baozhuangyang, or "Temple of the precious shrine." The name was changed after the reconstruction of the temple in 989, when he suffered a severe fire.
