Glossy Ibis Fly In

I couldn't find any pictures of a Glossy Ibis that I took myself, so here is a picture of a white one. The biggest difference is the color. There are many more white ones around than the glossy. Here is what Cornell labs says about the Glossy Ibis, "A dark wading bird with a long, down-curved bill. Although the Glossy Ibis in North America lives primarily along the Atlantic Coast, it also can be found in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia." I really like these birds and it is cool to see their feathers skin in the sun.

The other taller brown birds you can see in the video when the Ibis land are Sandhill Cranes. They love the Celery Fields and can be seen there most any day. Many times during the year, when the water levels are right, they fly in to roost for the night. Here is a picture I got of a Sandhill at The Celery Fields.
