Water is a very precious resource, we need to guard and utilize it jealously.

Water, they say is life which in reality is true. It is therefore is very precious resource where in we seriously need to optimize its use in jealous way.

This is because portable water is the highly used as for drinking, cooking, washing etc. As such it is often required to be treated so that it should be safe for drinking but first and foremost its sources needs to be protected.

However, recent statistics show that about 2 billion people all over the World are in dying need of drinking. In developing countries, it is just a sad case and examples are the case of Cape Town in South Africa, Northern Parts of Cameroon, Nigeria , Some parts of the Middle East, etc.

Although the usage for agricultural purposes, industrial can not be over emphasized, there is the dying need for our water sources to be protected and this involves each and everyone of us. Water scarcity is evident of the global effects of climate change and as such requires a concerted global action.

Without water no living thing will survive as much as without good sources of drinking water, people will die of sickness related to the fact that they used dirty water either for drinking , cooking or washing.

For us to maintain a healthier World or population, need to invest radically in the protection of the source of this wonderful and precious gold by reducing our negative activities around its sources, planting environmentally friendly trees, educating and investing in programs of interest to the young generation which are centered around protecting this resource and the environment.
People of all works of life need this resource, and the time for this concerted global action is now and involves all of us.
