Went on a psychedelic nature walk today. Mountains in the distant, demon plants abundant. Clouds and Sun. Walks in nature can offer a gentle brainwash to help tune yourself to calm reality.

It is something I do when I am in need of healing and calmness, when I need to let go of or manifest thoughts.
