Fenugreek, also known as methi.
I am growing methi plant with little interest.
It has shown to decrease blood glucose, ldl cholesterol, and triglycerides.
Scientific name of methi is trigonella foenum graecum.
It has the leaves consisting of three small obovate to oblong leaflets.
