Springtime in Croatia 🌥 🌷

Croatia has 4 seasons, and SPRING is finally here!

Days last longer, the weather is warmer, the sky is clear, white puffy clouds float carelessly, and everyone is soaking up the sunshine.

Check out the blossomed tulips at the botanical garden.

Ladies are done with coats & scarfs & gloves and all the warm multilayered clothes.

Time for some jeans, jacket, and sneakers.

In Istria, Croatian northern peninsula, people are going crazy picking wild asparagus!

They organize Festivals and Weeklong events all about asparagus and cook hundreds of "fritaja" (scrambled eggs with asparagus) portions as springtime street food.

And even the bears at the bear sanctuary are awake.

Now's the best time to visit them and help the volunteers who care for them.
