In Canada farmers can shoot wolves in any season. I've only seen wolves once it's rare to see them. They used to attack people thousand years ago but that trait was hunted out of the gene pool.
Oh really? There's a lot more wolves in Canada than in Europe though, so I'm not surprised by that.
