Neo Under $9 is now a good time to buy?

With the current market in a complete tailspin, I'm going to start picking up some promising alts. Neo under $10 seems too good to be true, so I'm gonna start working my way in slowly, it could go lower after all.

Main reason being is that if NEO and it's ecosystem are able to weather this storm, it will also be generating gas as well and in the long run coins that pay some kind of interest seem to be the best right now.

What do you guys think?
