In the hadith narrated by Daruquthniy from Ali ibn Abi Talib and from Ayyub bin Suwaid, declares the command of Allah's Messenger to a man who commits jima 'or intercourse with his wife one afternoon in Ramadan to perform kaffarat or a fine for two consecutive months. In the hadith mention that because the man is not able to do that then he must pay a fine of 1 araq (basket) containing 15 sha 'dates. 1 Sha 'consists of 4 muds, so the dates received by the man as much as 60 mud, to be given to 60 poor people (to menggantu fasting two months). Whereas 1 mud equals 0.6 Kg or 3/4 Liter.
